- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was 10 minutes late to my new patient appointment, awful traffic. I was checked in once I entered the office for an appointment at 3:40 (arrived at 3:50), paid my copay, filled out the paperwork. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, the front desk staff person proceeded in calling me up to the desk. Although she apologized, she reported to me that I would not be seen as the doctor had left for the day. I should have known when I saw several staff walking out the front entrance of practice that something was up! After driving 45 minutes to get there I was super disappointed. Staff never even thought to call me before making this decision; mind you they walked out right in front of me! They knew I was there before they left. Glad I was okay and not in an accident or anything....needless to say I will never do business with this practice or ever recommend them.
